Re/think is proud to support The Sparkle Foundation, an award-winning grassroots charity registered in the UAE, the UK, Malawi and the USA. The Sparkle Foundation (Sparkle) is dedicated to changing lives through education, nutrition, healthcare, and community programmes in Malawi and across Africa.
Its vision: to create a future in which every community has equal opportunity to live a life of health and self-sufficiency.
The Sparkle Model
The charity has spent years understanding the needs of the community and has developed an innovative approach to charity by delivering a sustainable and replicable best practice.
Sparkle does not believe in operating in isolation. Their integrated approach incorporates four main pillars: Education, Health, Nutrition, and Community, each of which are reliant on each other to be successful. Through the delivery of these four pillars, they support children, youth, women and the community with a range of programmes that are developed based on the needs of the community.
The charity has changed over 20,000 lives in 30 communities in Malawi since 2015 and aims to transform 30,000 lives by 2030.

Sparkle X Re/think
As part of our commitment to Sparkle:
- Our Managing Partner Gregory Shippee joined the Sparkle Advisory Board in November 2024 to support and promote Sparkle’s strategy and fundraising efforts.
- Re/think is providing CFO advisory, budget and forecast, and accounting review and training services to Sparkle.
- Re/think staff regularly volunteer their time and talents for the charity’s fundraising campaigns in Dubai, ranging from designing marketing materials for and volunteering at the annual Sparkle Gala in 2023 and 2024, to volunteering at school and community fundraisers.
