Keerthi is a seasoned tax professional with over 13 years of experience in tax advisory, implementation, compliance, and audit support across the UAE, Bahrain, and India. With a deep understanding of Corporate Tax (CT), VAT, Transfer Pricing, and regulatory compliance, she brings a strategic and technical approach to navigating the evolving UAE tax landscape. She has also previously advised on Economic Substance Regulations.

Heading the Tax team, Keerthi is well-versed in tax structuring, cross-border tax planning, and compliance frameworks, helping businesses optimize tax efficiency while maintaining compliance. Her expertise includes tax planning, structuring, and compliance for HNWIs, Foundations, holding structures, Investment Fund and Fund management structures, real estate, and financial services in the UAE.
